When I first read the challenge I had no idea what to wirte. I thought about the different things I saw... And I considered if I saw something special or mysterious here in Australie. But, unfortunately, I didn't find anything...BUT:Then I had an idea... My item isn't very special, spectacular or mysterious. But it is something that I've never seen before, something that cought my attention and something I will miss, when I'm back in Germany :)Are you excited? ;)I'm talking about something that you can buy, but not everywhere. There are 3 different kinds of it... And it's really good.Okay, I don't want to stress your nerves any more :)I'm talking about:
Cider ;)
It tastes soooo good. Kerstin showed it to Lena and me when she was in Sydney. And since then we're trinking it everytime when we're out. There are 3 different kinds of it. The original one, one with apple taste and a dry one. All sorts are a bit sweet. It's not a beer, it's a vine... In german we would say: "Appelwoi"... I think it's rather a drink for women than for men. But nevertheless, there are many men who like Cider ;)I can recommend to anyone who's coming to Australia: Taste a cider ;)But it's better to buy it in a bottle shop... There you geht 6 ciders for about 14 AUS$. If you buy a cider in a pub or a club... Each cider will cost you between 6 - 8 AUS$.So, that's my item... I hope you enjoyed my post ;)I'm looking forward to the next challenge!Cheers, Sabrina
Hello everybody!
My name is Sabrina and I'm studying "Mangement of Meetings, Expositions, Events and Conventions" at the Karlshochschule International University in Karlsruhe. I'm 21 years old and actually I'm living in Stutensee, which is near Karlsruhe.
But at the moment I'm in the most beautiful place in the world... I'm in Australia :D Actually, I'm in Manly. It's a part of Sydney. It's very beautiful there. There is a wunderful beach and, of course, there's my college... My college looks like Hogwarts... Definitely... It's unbelivable ;)

This week O-Week has started and I've already met some very nice people... I'm looking forward to the next three months ;) And of course: I'm looking forward to the "Cultural Quest"... I'm excited how this "game" will work... That's what the "Cultural Quest" is about:“Cultural Quest” is an e-learning/ social media game for our Students abroad. By completing tasks and missions the students both gain a better understanding of their new context/culture as well as developing their skills on social media platforms.
Let's see what will happen ;)Cheers, Sabrina
